3 Step Healthy Fulfilling Parfait

Parfaits are a healthy breakfast and lunch options you can make at the comfort of your home without paying an unnecessary amount of money. This breakfast/lunch idea allows you to add fruits you like and remove the ones you don’t. This recipe is healthy and will keep you full for a long time.


  1. Yogurt (Preferably plain if you want to reduce your sugar intake)

  2. Granola

  3. Fruits (Banana, Apples, Grapes, Blueberries, Strawberries. 


  1. In a bowl of choice, place in 2 cups of yogurt.

  2. Follow this by adding 1 cup of granola. (Note: You can reduce or increase the quantity to match your preference)

  3. Add in your fruits of choice. If you are using plain yogurt and will like to increase sweetness, add in some grapes and fresh apples. Banana’s and Berries are also great additions to your parfait.
