At Du Catalogue, all purchases are final. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any items once an order has been processed or shipped.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Roll-ons and droppers
• Body butters
• Room & linen sprays
• Perfume sprays
• Sample sizes
• Sale items

All sales are FINAL SALE.

We strongly encourage customers who are new to our brand or unsure about a fragrance to explore our Sample Sets before committing to a full-size product. Our sample sets allow you to try multiple fragrances in smaller, travel-sized containers so you can experience how each scent works with your skin and personal preferences. This ensures you can confidently choose your favorites before purchasing a larger size.

Sample Set Option:

• Choose 14 or 22 fragrances
• Test, layer, and explore
• Find your signature scent before investing in a full-size bottle

This option exists specifically to help prevent dissatisfaction and ensure you love your purchase.

 

 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement at our discretion.
